These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your use of luxwin are subject to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts and applicable PAGCOR dispute resolution processes.

2.1 By accessing, registering on, or using the luxwin Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including all policies referenced herein such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

3.1 To register and maintain a luxwin account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

4.1 Each individual person may hold only one (1) registered account on luxwin. Creating or operating multiple accounts — whether for the purpose of claiming duplicate bonuses, circumventing restrictions, or any other reason — is prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension.
4.2 During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You must update this information promptly if it changes.

4.4 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your luxwin account credentials. luxwin will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to secure your login details. You must immediately notify luxwin support if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
4.5 Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not assign, sell, lend, or otherwise transfer your luxwin account or any balance therein to another person.
5.1 luxwin accepts deposits via the following methods available to Philippine players: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank (via InstaPay and PesoNet), 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, and USDT. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal is ₱200.
5.2 Deposits are credited to your luxwin Wallet Balance in real time for e-wallet transactions (GCash, Maya, GrabPay) and within 5–15 minutes for bank transfers, subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule.
5.3 Withdrawals are processed by luxwin 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Philippine public holidays. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically received within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are subject to the recipient bank's incoming processing times.
5.4 luxwin does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. Third-party payment processor fees, if any, are the responsibility of the Player. Currency conversion fees may apply to USDT transactions.
5.5 Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the verified luxwin account. luxwin reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests to unverified or third-party accounts.
5.6 luxwin reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for withdrawals that trigger AML thresholds pursuant to Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended, and applicable PAGCOR directives.
Chargeback Policy: Any attempt to reverse, dispute, or chargeback a deposit transaction through a payment provider constitutes a breach of these Terms. luxwin will suspend the account immediately upon receiving a chargeback notification and will pursue recovery of any funds withdrawn prior to the chargeback through all available legal means.
6.1 luxwin may offer promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published in the Promotions section of the Platform at the time of the offer.
6.2 Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement for bonuses at luxwin will be stated in the applicable promotion terms.
6.3 Bonuses are granted to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times through different accounts or payment methods constitutes fraud and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and any associated winnings.
6.4 luxwin reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or promotional offer, modify its terms, or cancel an active promotion at any time where there is evidence of abuse, technical error, or regulatory requirement.
6.5 If a Player requests a withdrawal before meeting the rollover requirement on an active bonus, luxwin will deduct the remaining bonus balance and any wagering-ineligible winnings from the withdrawal amount. Only the original deposited cash portion will be released for withdrawal.
7.1 All games available on luxwin — including JILI slots, live dealer casino games, bingo, color game, and sports betting — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer procedures audited by independent testing laboratories.
7.2 Game rules, payout percentages (RTP), and betting limits for individual games are displayed within each game interface or in the game information section. Players are responsible for reviewing the rules of any game before placing real money wagers.
7.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or network interruption during an active game session, luxwin's recorded server-side game data shall be the definitive record for determining the outcome of the game and any associated payout. 7.4 luxwin does not guarantee any minimum win rate, minimum return, or profit for any Player. Participation in real money games involves inherent financial risk and the possibility of losing all wagered funds.
7.5 For live sports betting, odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. luxwin reserves the right to void bets placed on incorrectly priced events due to manifest error, subject to PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the luxwin Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to PAGCOR or law enforcement where applicable:
8.2 Where prohibited conduct is detected, luxwin reserves the right to suspend the account immediately, withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation, and permanently close the account upon conclusion of internal review. PAGCOR will be notified as required by regulatory reporting obligations.

10.2 In cases of account closure due to Player breach, any cash deposits not yet subject to rollover requirements will generally be refunded to the originating payment method, net of any bonuses claimed and any amounts subject to regulatory hold. 10.3 Players may voluntarily close their luxwin account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, pending any outstanding KYC or AML review.
11.1 All content on the luxwin Platform — including but not limited to the luxwin brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces provided by third-party game suppliers, software, and databases — is the property of luxwin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No other rights are granted.
11.3 Players may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any content from luxwin without prior written consent. Unauthorized use may result in account termination and legal action.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, luxwin's total liability to any Player arising from or related to their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.2 luxwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
12.3 luxwin does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, third-party infrastructure failures, and internet connectivity issues may cause temporary unavailability. luxwin will make reasonable efforts to notify Players of planned downtime in advance.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit luxwin's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
13.1 luxwin collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at luxwin.asia/privacy-policy, and in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules.
13.2 By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and PAGCOR regulatory reporting.
13.3 luxwin will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed payment processors, KYC verification providers, and PAGCOR where required by law or regulation.
14.1 luxwin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email to the registered email address or via an in-platform notification displayed upon next login.
14.2 Amended Terms will be effective from the date specified in the notification, which shall not be less than seven (7) calendar days from the date of notification for material amendments, except where a shorter period is required by PAGCOR or applicable law.
14.3 If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using luxwin and contact support to close your account before the effective date of the amendment. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
15.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
15.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the luxwin Platform, or any transaction conducted on it shall be submitted first to luxwin's internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support. luxwin will endeavor to resolve all complaints within 10 business days.
15.3 Disputes that cannot be resolved through internal processes may be escalated to PAGCOR through its official complaint and arbitration channels. PAGCOR's decisions on regulatory matters are final and binding on luxwin as a licensed operator.
15.4 For disputes not falling within PAGCOR's jurisdiction, the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts located in the Philippines.
